I work as is machine operator in past back in 1996 and 2001 ,last smt machine job were in selectron 2001 and after then i had a my own food store and i do not have any more and i m glad to be like to back on labor work
i had a best performance on work in recently job,i break the records,i hard worker many boss said you done great job or you are hero
regarding to machine ;
if any problem in machine i like to report to group leader or supervisor and he need to process further response to manager or top boss i can listen my group lead top boss or other supervisor or manger
(i do not like that other employee telling something to do on work and i getting confused or too many people said different thing when i am just employee
i like to get responsible for many thing when i had a group leader position or supervisor higher production is my goal,looking for respect and no harassment and abuse
