After job application their is no result and no help after visiting good year network and visit local branch,apply on line and other application
i was apply for TJ max and it was on 03-22-2014 and no response i visit store manager wasn't their at 11:30 pm one employee told me she coming at 1:00 then i stop by at 12:45 pm
she said they are not hiring now but they take application and i told her when i came for application store manager told me they will hare people then she said do you work for clothing store i said "yes" i was work at "marshal Field store in Chicago suburb
what you doing over their?
i was assistant manager and running in store help people and use walkies - talkies,she said what your name my name is this she said OK they will keep application for six month if any thing available they will going to contact me?

    hydraulic valve pneumatic valve assembly work: hard to install c type ring in valve and supervisor keep trying to do that of several hours he not make it when i try i made it in few minute he get happy and left me up
    soldering wave machine operator : when computer program not function some how machine start throwing part and it's do that before in beginning i alert my self and stop machine manually and check position which part feeder pick up last and then save company money and time

  • I Hate Discrimination against Race religion and color,just i know i am human being active and honest Political Game i like to avoid,whats so ever cause me trouble with manager because co worker start dirty game.
    most god think s I am hard worker and honestly think smart not slow but i am faster then other and other senior associate jealousy when they see i out good progress
    some time manager group leader or supervisor not listening or pay attention because they are busy and complicated issue i can't resolve with my self or other employee because if i trust other employee then do their favor to get in batter spot instead my performance
    my performance is best but other co worker mess on work and those work is connected with me but some how 10 % fault show up with other associate 90% mistake blem coming on thru me and complicated bad luck issue giving me innocent trouble when supervisor think i am not in good spot and they not pay attention whit is the issue is and not understander could be happen by other not me then they will protect senior and then worse part come thou then i getting trouble and i like to avoid innocent trouble
