You were never an employee of the company. You were employed by the temp agency. Writing a letter directly to the company defeats the purpose of the company using a temp agency. They don’t want to deal with you. The company told the temp agency you were not meeting their needs because your performance was sub-standard. The assignment you had at this company ended.

In my experience companies use temp agencies because they need someone with a certain expertise for a short period of time. It’s easier to pay the high price of an agency than to deal with hiring and laying off. On occasions companies use temp agencies to get a look at an employee without investing all the time and effort in on-boarding them. If they like the job that person is doing, they will offer them a permanent position. If that person isn’t to their standard they will simply tell the temp agency they no longer need them. But bottom line is a person working at a company but being paid by a temp agency is not an employee of the company

He never called me

I got a job interview today at 10 am in concord 16 mile from home.

according to staffing agency they find me at career builder They were looking for machine operator visit in office at 9:27 am. they told me to update application online at their website at decisionpathhr.com after I done I got interview I got ask question all the way when I had a store in 2001

final result: I do not have recent 5 year machine operator experience after 2012 so I am not qualify.

she also told me 30 mile one way job and paying $ 8.75

they suggest other staffing agency might be hire for machine operator I visited other agency they do not have any job yet but they ask me ;can you do nursery (flower plant and shrub) in hunterville.NC  I said I am ready then he said possibly you need to wait then I ask for business card.
