One of the agency they hiring for job in sc and it's 35 mile oneway from home ,i am ready for work 9.00 per hour ad after 6 week company hire then it's 12 $ hr, i call agency then they send me for orientation,agency not call me,tuesday 8:30 orientation i get on time people waiting for sort interview 7 person including me ,kali got interview then my turn then all other then we all walk thru inside in ware house,human resouse present inside work information and other detail ,she show all how to tie yarn and connect with each other ,she said who can make tie yarn those are only hire for job?! ,kalidas make tie ,kali fail and she did after long time and then i made it and other some not interested while walk near machine noisy we got ear plug and i ask question so i can undestand,and i answer correct mean i am more batter then other ,i see how other are working and then end of walk we back in office ,human resource telling thta all people going to hire and she like to hire all but still yu need to wait tuesday or wednesday for phone call you willgetting from agency and then other orientation in other townon friday, i visit to staffing agency and talk to them i am interested to startwork,i like this work..she said wait for today and wdnesday once company select people then you will receiving phone call ,one of the 18year black boy need ride so i drop him off at downtown transportation and he give me his number i call wednesday night.he said he got orientation and i did not !, i did not got phone callnext day thursaday i call agency she said company human resouce person like you may be they will going to call next week on tuesday means tommorow on 04-15-14,i have to wait waht happening next,may be hire may be not but i believe young person getting opportunity firstor black or white get chance first
